Sapore is a small restaurant using a tapas style menu (see below)

The young chef Anthony Riou, has previously worked in the best restaurants on the French Riviera including: Chantecler, La Voie d'Or and Byblos before starting up his own restaurant about 5 years ago. His set menu consists of 8 inventive tapas dishes made with fresh local ingredients.
