one star Michelin
offers a panoramic view without equal for lunch on the terrace
overlooking the water, or dinner with views over the Baie des
Anges sunset. The chef is is no longer Jouni Tormanen but is now
Sébastien MAHUET who received his training at la Bastide Saint-Antoine
in Grasse and Château de la Chèvre d’Or in Eze Village.
