Management at ICE (NYC) --The
curriculum at the Institute of Culinary Education begins with
an introduction to the hospitality, travel and tourism industries,
and then progresses through accounting and finance, front
and back office hotel operations, MIS and technology, food
and beverage management, housekeeping, sales and marketing,
human resources, and finally rounds off with event management
and conference planning.

Culinary Institute-- Culinary Manaagement
--Culinary Management is a 36-month Bachelor of Science program,
currently offered at our West Palm Beach Lincoln Culinary
Institute location. It is designed to prepare students to
be professionals in the foodservice industry and to work for
hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants, hospitals, cruise lines
or caterers. The vibrant and diverse South Florida hotel,
restaurant and resort economy is used as the laboratory for
this program.

Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management School --Classic
Hospitality & Restaurant Management Culinary Techniques Combined
with Modern Innovations-- Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant
Management Program was created to meet today’s growing demands
by graduating students with a high level of expertise, skills
and knowledge base. Both theoretical and practical management
approaches are taught, along with wine studies, hospitality
business law, food and beverage management plus the kitchen

managing a restaurant facility
L'Ecole
Culinaire -- The
objective of this program is to prepare the student for entry
level employment in the field of culinary management. Graduates
of this program will have a working knowledge of management
of the business, food safety concerns, marketing and customer
service, legalities, guidance in leadership, marketing strategies,
and beverage management to culminate in a capstone course.
Art
Institute Campus--In the Hotel and Restaurant Management program, you’ll study
the skills needed to pursue management positions inside of hotels
and restaurants. Coursework focuses on communications, training,
leadership, management, human resources, technology, accounting,
marketing, financial management, and customer relations. Graduates
are prepared to seek entry-level employment such as restaurant
manager or catering manager in restaurants, cruise ships, and
