This
new restaurant is fast becoming a star in Nice. The kitchen is
manned by , Mickaël et Gaël Tourteaux, who formerly worked with
Alain Llorca at Chantecler and Kei Matsushima at Restaurant Kei.
The food crosses cultures fusing the flavors of the Mediterranean
kitchen with Asian styles. The restaurant is small, seating around
30 so reserving well ahead is recommended. Atmosphere is very
casual and relaxed. Out front is Xavier Richard who worked at
Mirazar and Kei Matsushima.

pork perfectly cooked (from the neck of the black pig) is
served with potato puree and baby spinach -- the use of a
vinaigrette with an excellent meat reduction works well both
visually and to the taste. The dish is garnished with crispy
pieces of iberico ham. |
