Agent Licensing oversees and facilitates every aspect of licensing for all individuals and business entities engaged in insurance transactions. The division is responsible to ensure those licensees are in compliance with licensing laws and regulations.

All individual resident agents are subject to continuing education for every major line of authority: life, health, property, casualty, variable life and variable annuity, and personal lines.

Only courses prior-approved by the department or from the midwest zone will be accepted as approved credit hours. read more
